Our mission
To equip underserved learners with AI and digital skills and place them into dignified employment - making economic opportunity accessible to all.
We are an educational non-profit that believes a young person's future should be decided by their potential - not their postal code or pay grade.
Agravan Educational Society began with a simple observation on the streets of Agra: brilliant young people - capable, eager, hard-working - were being shut out of the digital economy simply because no one had given them a first chance.
So we built that first chance. What started as a handful of evening classes grew into a structured movement that trains, mentors and places underserved students in AI and digital careers. Today, Agravan provides high-quality vocational education and skill training with employment and placement support, running cohorts for students, working professionals and blue-collar workers, all under one mission: turning skills into livelihoods.
We are headquartered in Sikandra, Agra, and our work is rooted in the communities we serve.
To equip underserved learners with AI and digital skills and place them into dignified employment - making economic opportunity accessible to all.
A society where every young person - regardless of background - can build a future-ready career and lift their family out of poverty.
Dignity, equity and accountability. We measure ourselves by one thing: real, lasting change in the lives of the people we serve.
Training is free for students who need it most, removing cost as a barrier to opportunity.
Every learner is supported by mentors who guide them from first lesson to first job.
We don't count seats filled - we count graduates placed into real, paying roles.
We prioritise women, first-generation learners and marginalised communities in every cohort.
Agravan starts with volunteer-led digital literacy classes for students in Agra who had never owned a computer.
We formalise our curriculum into job-aligned tracks and launch our first placement partnerships with local employers.
We add AI upskilling for working professionals and a skill-to-placement track for blue-collar and entry-level workers.
Hundreds of learners trained, a growing hiring network, and a single-minded focus: skills that lead to jobs.
Educators, industry volunteers and community organisers working together to turn potential into placement.
