  • Learner & applicant details - name, contact details, background information you share when applying to a program.
  • Donor & volunteer details - name, email, and any information you provide when donating or volunteering.
  • Partner & employer details - organisation and contact information shared for hiring or partnership.
  • Usage data - basic, non-identifying analytics if enabled (e.g. page visits) to improve the site.

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver our training, mentorship and placement programs.
  • To process and acknowledge donations and issue receipts.
  • To coordinate volunteering and partnerships.
  • To communicate updates, with your consent, and to report our impact.

4. How we protect it

We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards to protect personal information and limit access to those who need it to carry out our work. We do not sell personal information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@agravan.org. You can opt out of communications at any time.

7. Children & safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding all learners, including minors. Information about young learners is handled with particular care and, where appropriate, with the consent of a parent or guardian.
